About the Winemaker:
Chief Winemaker, Sean Wilborn, has nearly 2 decades in the wine industry, working for the last decade on the Dahlonega Plateau and Upper Hiwassee Highlands American Viticulture Areas (AVAs). His expertise includes American varietals, authentic and minimalistic winemaking, sustainable wine farming, and a knack for storytelling. An artist and alchemist of sorts, Sean's charm, whit, and charisma are a gift to us and all who come into his orbit.
