We are excited to announce that the Second Annual North Georgia Regional Book Fair will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 9:00am to 4:00pm! The event is a joint effort of the Dahlonega Literary Festival and the UNG Department of English.
The book fair will be held in the UNG Convocation Center, a beautiful venue with a large parking lot and a parking garage, both free. (See map here.) Once again, we have a sponsor for free coffee during the event (our thanks to Family Wealth Management Group!).
Admission is free, and all events are free. Concessions will be available, and there are now box lunches available for pre-sale. See below for the menu and click here to go to the Box Lunch page. Box lunches are only available by pre-sale, not on the day of the book fair, and the pre-sale period will end on September 5 at 5pm. Concessions will sell a variety of food items during the book fair, including pizza, hot dogs, nachos, soft pretzels, and a variety of beverages and snack foods.
