Sunday Service

Join Brad & Stefanie Sunday afternoons for 90 minutes to tap in, align and release. Class will begin with gentle, intentional movement- to open up and allow your body to settle for a 30 minute guided meditation where props, blankets and masks are provided. As the meditation concludes; Brad will usher you into deeper relaxation & release with various instruments (crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, digeridoo, handpan, gong, etc).

This beautiful trifecta was created for you to start your week without the baggage of the past, but the serenity of the present. Props are provided but participants are encouraged to bring anything that would make their session even comfier $35 investment
