New Moon in Taurus!!! Yoga, Meditation & Crystals

Join us as we tap into the lunar energy of the new moon!! Each month will have a corresponding crystal to aid with the energy of the zodiac sign the moon is in. New moons are all about setting intentions and manifestations- and what better way to do that than with breath, movement and meditation ;) Join us for a 75 minute Vin Yin class (movement into longer held poses) that will end with a guided meditation allowing you to tap in a little deeper, allowing your intention to take root in your heart while your crystal rests on its corresponding chakra...sound like the bliss you need?
