Chakra Chant, Meditation & Sound

Join us for 90 minutes of release & realignment! We'll start class with a seated warm up then learn and practice the Bija mantras and mudras for each of the seven main chakras. Once the internal vibration from chanting has eased, everyone will be guided to lie comfortably on their mats (using all the props for ultra support!!) and the chakra based meditation and chakra based sound will begin. Allow the vibration to break apart what is stuck and frequency to release what no longer serves! Class will conclude with a healing sound bath.....snoring may commence;) Props are available but please feel free to bring anything additional that you would like!! $40 exchange
