LUNA GONG BATH

Experience 1 hour of deep meditation and zen like peace.

A Gong Bath is a therapeutic, harmonic experience where instruments are played over and around you.

The best way to experience a Gong Bath is to lay back on a mat and immerse yourself in the sound vibrations. Let them wash over you, relaxing and releasing tension.

Allow the mind to drop into a more silent space, creating room for greater awareness, clarity, creativity and calm.

No experience required. Everyone is welcome.

Please bring something to lay on like a yoga mat (we can provide mats, upon request).

Pillow and a blanket or sleeping bag for comfort.

Eyemasks are optional.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a drink with you.

£12 per person, per session.

Please arrive from 7:15pm for a prompt 7:30pm start.
