Unwind & Release: A Deep Body Reset

Tight hips, tense shoulders, stiff back? It’s time to roll it out.

Join us for Unwind & Release, a 75-minute guided class focused on foam rolling and myofascial release, designed to unlock deep tension, increase mobility, and leave you feeling lighter (and maybe a little taller).

You’ll use props to target tight fascia, improve circulation, and reconnect with your body in a whole new way. Whether you’re a busy mom, a desk dweller, or an active mover, this class meets you where you are.

Props provided. Yoga mat recommended but not required. No experience needed, just come ready to let go.

Registration required as spaces are limited to keep the experience personal.
