Restorative Yoga Workshop

Ready to restore, rest, and renew? This workshop is for you.

What to Expect

This is a calming 90-minute restorative yoga experience designed to support your body and soothe your nervous system.

In this workshop, you’ll be guided through a series of gentle poses, each held for an extended period of time with the help of yoga props such as bolsters, blocks, straps, blankets, and eye pillows. These props allow your body to fully relax into each shape while encouraging subtle muscle engagement and imprinting that supports long-term mobility and muscle memory.

This slow-paced, meditative practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system—your body’s natural rest and recovery mode—helping you feel more grounded, present, and refreshed. While the body is supported, a quiet transformation takes place as tension melts away and healing begins from the inside out.

All props will be provided. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Feel free to bring your own mat or favorite props if you prefer.
