This course is limited to just fifteen people to ensure personalized instruction.

As summer fades, a new soundscape emerges—filled with the songs of crickets, katydids, and cicadas. In Summer Singers, expert instructors Lisa Rainsong and Wendy Partridge will guide participants in tuning into this hidden world of insect music. Through a blend of indoor sessions and immersive field outings, you’ll learn to identify species by their calls, explore their fascinating life cycles, and discover how climate change is reshaping their songs.
