Long time since we have done hill rep’s starting at the Malt House Car Park start with a gentle warm up run to station road incline then we are looking to do 30 mins of hill Rep’s. Then a gentle warm down jog back to the Malt House. This is suitable for all abilities and is a lot little int ask but with a hill instead. You do them at your own pace so 1 or 10 is fine I will explain all about them on the evening
