Betsy Workman is a sound healer and gong practitioner based in Boulder, Colorado. Her sound baths offer a space for deep rest, nervous system balance, and heart-centered healing. With a grounded and intuitive approach, she invites participants to soften, release, and reconnect to inner stillness. When not facilitating sound healing, she enjoys life in the Colorado outdoors with her beloved dog, Newman.
