The Breath of Her

Afternoon therapeutic painting and breathwork session on the beach in Currumbin. A fun, creative, and nurturing space for nervous system regulation and community connection.

We use somatic painting techniques and feminine breath to help bring women into more balance between their feminine and masculine energies.

This group isn’t about creating a masterpiece. It’s about showing up exactly as you are, being loved for it, and releasing what you’ve been storing emotionally both through the breath and art. It’s about listening intuitively to your body in a safe and supportive space.
