Mother's Day Sound Bath - Celebrate our Mothers and the Mother Within

On this special Mother's Day, we invite you to bask in the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, gong, chimes, and other soothing rhythms during our "Mother's Embrace" Sound Bath Experience. This immersive journey is designed to evoke the unconditional love, comfort, and protection embodied by the sacred bond between mother and child. Whether celebrating your own role as a mother or honouring the mother figures in your life, this sound bath provides a sacred space to connect with the universal energies of creation and renewal. You do not need to be a mother, attend with your mother or even be a female to receive the comforting, grounding benefits of this practice.

You'll be guided through meditations and affirmations centred on the divine feminine energy and the nurturing essence of motherhood. Courtney and Steve from Heart Resonance will bath you in a soundscape to create a sense of deep relaxation and calm. Leave feeling grounded, rejuvenated, and embraced by the profound love that is the essence of the divine mother - this can be found in your own mother, your inner maternal nature or the energy of Mother Earth who is always supporting us.

After the sound immersion, enjoy a grounding tea and group reflection (sharing is always optional).

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled in (doors will close strictly at 3:00pm). Please also bring a yoga mat, pillow and anything else to make yourself comfortable.
