Please come and join us for an evening of relaxation & connection.
What to expect:
🌿 Starting off in the studio we will take part in some journaling and self-reflection before drinking our ceremonial cacao.
Cacao - known as the "Food of the Gods," has been used in ancient spiritual practices to open the heart, deepen self-connection, and integrate profound experiences. This will set you up for the transformative practices that follow, bringing warmth, gratitude, and love into your being.
Please note that the cacao is an additional extra to this and you do not need to participate in this should you choose not to.
💨Breathwork: a guided breathwork session to help you relax and connect to your body. This can allow us to release stress, anxiety, and tensions held in the body.
🔮Sound Bath: Following the breathwork, you’ll be guided into a soothing sound meditation with Tibetan bowls &crystal bowls, designed to calm the mind and align your internal frequency. The healing vibrations will support you in dropping into a deeply meditative state.
🔥❄️ Contrast Therapy: We will finish off with the invigorating contrast of a sauna and ice plunge. The warmth of the sauna soothes muscles and opens pores, while the cold plunge revitalizes circulation and sharpens mental clarity.
What to bring:
mats will be provided but if you would like to bring your own then please do so
for the sound meditation you may choose to remain seated or to lie down - bring things to increase your comfort ie. pillows, blankets, eye mask, bolsters. Anything to make a wee nest for yourself
I'd recommend wearing something comfortable & bringing layers for the mindful sessions
Swimwear for the sauna & tubs
A towel to sit on for the sauna
Something to dry off - a towel or dry robe
A bottle of water
