Lomond Hills Mindful Meander

Join me to explore the hidden paths and quiet places of the Lomond Hills, Fife. This is not a hike. It’s a mindful meander through the landscape with plenty of opportunities to pause, breathe and be still. Some of it may look a lot like hiking though!
We will meet in Falkland and cover approximately 10-15km, some of which will be over rough (pathless) ground. Sturdy footwear is a must. You will also need to bring clothing suitable for the weather. Water, snacks and a packed lunch are also highly recommended. More details about meet location and what to bring will be provided on booking.
The walk will be led by me, Vicky, a qualified summer mountain leader and navigation tutor. It’s open to women, men and all the beauty that lies between and beyond. Sorry, no dogs though!
