Join us on the drive at Cumberland Village Wellness for a Shift Yoga Flow one hour class. Last year we had so much fun building this outdoor yoga community in this beautiful and tranquil space in the heart of Cumberland. This year we are running three events and there will be treats!

Whether you are having loads of fun recreating in the outdoors, paddling on the ocean, mountain biking or needing stillness, community and connection come along and join us!

Bring a mat, water bottle and dress for the weather. If you enjoy certain props please bring those too!
