Nanotechnology: From ACM to Penn State

Come learn about the massive opportunities in the field of Nanotechnology.

A representative from Penn State will visit the ACM Cumberland Campus on Thursday, October 2nd, 2025 at 11am in room S-26, of the Science building. The presentation will cover the Nanotechnology program, career opportunities, Q&A, and personal experience in the field. Hear firsthand from a student who went through the Nanofabrication Manufacturing Technology (NMT) program at Penn State.

ACM and Penn State have partnered together to offer the Nanotechnology program, which will provide students with the essential knowledge and skills to function as a nanotechnology technician in research or nanofabrication. After completing three semesters (51 credits) at ACM, students transfer to complete their capstone semester at Penn State, earning their associate degree and being fully prepared for immediate employment or transfer to continue their education.

This presentation is open to all current and prospective students interested in learning about the program.
