Gyrokinesis is a movement method within the Gyrotonic Expansion System, designed to improve body awareness, increase range of motion, and build functional strength. It involves rhythmic, flowing sequences that coordinate movement, breath, and mental focus.
In this 6-day course (30-hours) you will experience the benefits of a consistent Gyrokinesis practice under the guidance of Rebecca Halls who has been working with the Gyrotonic Expansion System for the past 20 years.
This is your opportunity to focus on movement quality, coordination, breathing and improve your mental focus. Gyrokinesis is an excellent grounding practice to balance the stressors of current times.
The pre-training course is the first step in your journey to becoming a Gyrokinesis instructor. However, you do not need to want to teach to take this course.
Schedule: 10am-5pm daily (Lunch break 1-3pm)
Day off Sunday July 13th
Pre-requisites: Participants are advised to complete 10 Gyrokinesis classes prior to commencing the course either online or in person.
