Grief & Grace: Drop-In

Grief & Grace, DROP IN

Wednesdays January 14th to March 4, (8 weeks), 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm

Who: Anyone experiencing grief due to a significant loss.
What: Grief brings up an array of emotions that can be overwhelming, confusing, uncomfortable and unexpected. You will be supported from where you are to seek healing and health through reconciliation.
How: Each week there will be artistic activities and focused conversation, designed to express feelings, thoughts and life experiences that are difficult to voice. We will also use the “10 Touchstones of Grief” by Alan Wolfelt as a reference for our time together.
