Join Marissa Alvarez for Feel Good Flow — a vinyasa-style class designed to help you move and feel better, both on and off the mat. This heart-centered, grounding flow will guide you through deep stretching, mindful movement, and strength-building postures to support long-term flexibility and mobility.

Marissa Alvarez is a passionate yogi and former competitive dancer who brings warmth, presence, and a deep love of movement to her teaching. Her classes blend breath, body awareness, and strength to help students feel empowered, resilient, and truly at home in their bodies.
