The Culpeper Yoga Shala and Spa is a sanctuary for movement, mindfulness, and modern wellness—offering Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pilates, Pilates Reformer, and spa services to include the latest technology in infrared saunas, blankets, compression, body contouring, cold plunges and a UV blue light halotherapy room. They are designed to help every BODY feel strong, centered, and restored in a robe and slippers.
