Pole Clinic with Colleen Knox - exercises for Core & Connection

Fun and creative pole set-ups to help you address any issues or just build strength and suppleness, at your own pace! Exercises will improve normal flatwork and jumping by helping your horse use the correct muscles and postures as well as refining your feel of the movements. Paired and Individual sessions, in-hand also available.
