Devon Cookery School Workshop

Join your colleagues at this Devon Cookery School, Cullompton as you step into the world of vibrant spices and tantalising aromas with our Curry Club. You’ll be taken on a culinary journey through one of two distinct Indian menus, giving you the chance to learn and love the rich diversity of Indian cuisine. where each person will learn how to make a classic Indian Curry. We have two options and will pick the one the majority select.

Option 1: dive into the flavours of a classic Keralan Curry – a fragrant dish full of coconut, spices, and fresh herbs that will transport your taste buds straight to the south coast of India. Pair it with crispy Bhaji, a golden snack that’s the perfect crunchy side for your curry feast.

Option 2: we’ll spice things up with a Chicken Madras – a robust and fiery curry that’s an all-time favourite in Indian restaurants worldwide. You’ll learn to balance its deep flavours with homemade, soft, and pillowy Chapati to soak up every drop of goodness. Whether you're new to cooking Indian food or a spice-lover looking to expand your skills, our Curry Club is the perfect way to master these beloved dishes in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Each class is hands-on and packed with tips to recreate these authentic flavours at home. Prepare to impress your friends and family with your newfound curry expertise!

Both menus can be adapted to both Vegan and Vegetarian tastes.
