In our Keralan Curry class, you’ll make a fragrant coconut-based curry alongside crispy Bhaji, the perfect crunchy snack. On other dates, we’ll turn up the heat with Chicken Madras, a fiery favourite, paired with soft, pillowy Chapati to soak up every drop of sauce.
Whether you're new to Indian cooking or a spice lover, this hands-on class will give you the skills to recreate these authentic dishes at home.
