WRPF UK x Raw Strength Novice

Sara Bradley is once again bringing the energy with another one of her fantastic novice events — hosted at none other than Raw Strength Gym, home of the iconic Raw Strength Open.

Expect an incredible atmosphere, a supportive crowd, and the perfect chance to step onto the platform for the first time (or sharpen your skills without the pressure of sanctioned competition).


🔹 Who Can Enter?
This event is open to all lifters, but to remain eligible, you must have competed in two or fewer sanctioned powerlifting events previously.
📌 No federation membership is required to take part.


🏋️‍♀️ Age Categories
Juniors – 23 and under
Opens – 24 and over
Masters – 40+

🛠️ Equipment Standards
Squat: Performed on combo racks, knee sleeves only
Bench: Combo rack with power bar
Deadlift: Deadlift bar
