We're back again in November to host another one of our Novice competitions, these competitions are suited to lifters who are relatively new to the sport and wish to give it a go.
These events are limited to people who have competed up to and including 3 times in the past. If you've exceeded this number, please enter one of our sanctioned events. All competitors' names will be run through OpenPowerlifting to check if they've competed before to keep it a level playing field.
The novice event will be run to the WRPF Rule book, and as per a singlet, long socks and such will be required. www.wrpf.uk/rules
We will be using the following categories to determine placings and winners.
Open Men – 24 years old and above
Junior Men – Up to and including 23 years of age.
Open Women – 24 years old and above
Junior Women – Up to and including 23 years of age.
This event will be run as open format and raw only.

Weigh in slots are as follows
Oct 31st - AM - 9am to 10am
Oct 31st - PM - 5pm to 6pm
Or you can weigh in the morning of competition between 7:30am and 8:00am.
This event is open to all competitors, a membership is not required.
