Paddle Board Class at The Board House

Join us on Thursday, August 7 at 6 PM for a paddle boarding class with our Lead Trainer Lauren.

Lauren will take you through a one hour class, focusing on balance and stability and stressing the importance of improving balance as we age. No paddle boarding skills are necessary.

$35 includes paddle board rental, paddle and life jacket, as well as a one-hour guided session with our certified Pvolve Lead Trainer.
