Memory and Dementia Caregiver Meetup

Join us for our Memory and Dementia Caregiver Meetup session on Wednesday, August 27, at 5:30 pm at Mercyhealth Hospital and Physician Clinic–Crystal Lake, located at 875 S. Route 31.

Dr. Amarish Davé, Medical Director of the Mercyhealth Memory and Dementia Clinic, will lead a discussion for individuals caring for someone with dementia.

Topics of discussion include:
• Advanced directives
• Dementia updates
