The Mari Lwyd

The beautiful Mari Lwyd will be coming to the shop and will do the rounds around Abertillery on Sat 13th Dec.

Come and join us at 11am at the cafe, learn the Welsh Mari song and join in the Christmas tradition of taking the Mari Lwyd around Abertillery.

We will then head back to the cafe for 12pm (ish) where we will learn the story of Rhiannon from the Mabinogi.

Please celebrate this wonderful event, steeped in Welsh History and Tradition.
