General sharing circle with guided meditation and self-care techniques. Healing frequency’s played during meditation.



Women’s circles give you a much-needed place you can share your stories and connect with others. They give us a chance to empower, uplift and help one another grow. Here is a chance for us to form meaningful healthy relationships which just make life that little bit easier. Together we are strong. This circle is a general sharing circle offering us a chance to connect and discuss whatever you feel you need to share. Basic psychoeducation skills and stress management are taught during circle, to give you tools to keep yourself well.
