Immerse yourself in an hour of sound healing with Rona. Unwind as the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments create a nurturing soundscape to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and harmony.

We will be laying still for some time so make sure you have a jumper and socks so that you are warm enough throughout the session.

Sound healing is generally considered safe for most individuals; however, there are certain groups of people who may need to consult with a healthcare professional before participating. These include people with epilepsy, hearing impairments, pregnant individuals, certain medical devices such as pacemakers, severe migraines or chronic pain.
