Connecting to Nature - Autumn Retreat

Take some time for yourself by connecting to nature and supporting your wellbeing. We'll undertake mindful activities and have a campfire.

Based around a roaring campfire, we'll have a chance to connect to seasonal nature and each other in a stunning natural setting.
We know that being in nature has the power to reduce anxiety, stress and blood pressure.

Situated in its own secluded, private plot with Fryland Scouts Centre, Heartwood is an ideal base to connect with the local nature.

Located next within 60 acres of ancient woodland at Frylands
The natural wildlife is abundant with a variety of birds and even the occasional deer, badger, dormice, bats and fox . We've even seen birds of prey over the site.

Bev and Lisa will lead us through a range of mindful and meditative activities designed to connect to nature and support our wellbeing. We'll learn ways to bring nature connection into our everyday lives.

We'll hold a safe and comfortable space to be yourself in the great outdoors.

Hot and cold drinks, and snacks will be available.
