"Nourish" - A Monthly Offering (August)

Gift yourself an intentionally curated evening of breath, reiki & sound healing this August. Designed to bring you back to your centre, ground your energy and leave you feeling more anchored in your heart & body.

With so much 'busy' energy swirling around in our daily lives it is a true act of self-love to lean into the stillness and allow yourself to be held. Our bodies need the space to integrate our experiences and release external noise. Come and be guided back home to your body by Kaitlyn from "Pure Sage"; a Reiki Master, Sounder Healer, Spinal Energetics & EFT Practitioner.

Join solo or bring a friend, in what hopefully becomes a monthly priority in your self-care calendar. Group numbers are intentionally kept small to provide an intimate container for optimal rest, receiving & reconnection.

A Few Notes For The Evening:

I am so glad you will be joining us! Please arrive from 6:55pm (doors will open then) to give yourself enough time to find a mat, land in the space & ground into your own energy. The event will be beginning at 7pm.

Please note; that there is a dedicated carpark at the front of the venue. But please do leave yourself plenty of time for travel, parking and arrival to support your nervous system.

To Bring:

Bring your own pillow & blanket, a journal & a pen, a water bottle and I suggest wearing comfortable clothing that does not restrict your breath.

Yoga mats are provided. But if you would like to bring your own you are welcome. Bolsters also welcome if you prefer more support.
