After nearly 5 years of refocusing,
transforming ourselves, and getting
clear on how we want to serve, Jen
and myself are focusing our energy
to create another retreat.
Creating A New You
A Breathwork Retreat with Other
Self-Love Practices and Mindful Teaching
Friday, September 5th at 9am to
Sunday, September 7th at 5pm
This retreat will be situated in Crowsnest
Pass, encompassed by the mystical
“moving mointains” and the boreal
forest ecosystem. Significant parts of
the retreat will take place at Kindred
Ground, a cozy local yoga studio.
Our intention is for everyone to take
some time away from their lives and to
immerse themselves into a supportive
and nourishing environment, full of the
potential for change. In this time, together,
we will identify limiting beliefs, release
whats no longer serving, work to create
new empowering beliefs, find clarity on
the reality we wish to create, dream,
and begin to step into this new reality.
With the intention to keep this retreat intimate, we are limiting the attendance to 9 people. Given prior experience(s), together, you are receiving this email a few days before our social media announcement; we want to ensure you have the opportunity to register, first.
We are offering a lower introductory price
for this retreat of $888, to try to make it
affordable for anyone who wants to be there.
Early bird price, until July 31st, is $777.
$277 deposit to reserve your spot.
