About the event

Cross Plains Community Bed Build

St. Martin’s will host the 2025 Cross Plains Community Bed Build for the West Madison Chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP) Saturday, June 21st on church grounds.

Two shifts are available to serve – 9am to 11am or 11am to 1pm. You are welcomed to sign up for both shifts. No special skills are required. You will be taught everything you need to know.

Participants must be over the age of 12 and minors must be accompanied by a guardian. All participants must sign a waiver.

SHP provides beds, mattresses, pillows, sheets and comforters/quilts to children of need ages 3 to 17. Several of the beds constructed at our site will be reserved for children enrolled at Park Elementary, Glacier Creek and Sunset Ridge Middle Schools.
