Creative Writing Therapy (free)

Welcome to Creative Writing Therapy! Join us at The Old School, Fern Road, Cropwell Bishop NG12 3BU on October 4, 2025 at 11:30 AM (Europe/London) for a therapeutic journey through your own words. Let your creativity flow as we explore different writing techniques in a supportive environment. No experience necessary, the sessions can be as confidential or open to suit you.

There are no literacy skills required, your writing does not have to be shared, this can be as personal to you as you wish it to be...the creative therapy, through writing, is for you to explore varying emotions through poetry, journalling or storytelling to express feeling or process memories to support your wellbeing.

Sarah, from Blossom & Be, a mindfulness coach and holistic therapist will be facilitating your creative writing therapy to support you through difficult periods of grief and bereavement.

The sessions are in person and will run for a 6 month period, on the first Saturday of each month starting with Saturday 4th October. (please note the sessions are being provided by Good Grief Dear and not Cropwell Bishop Parish Council).

Refreshments and materials are all provided.
