About the event

Swing Shift
Swing Shift is a classic big band of the type common in the late Swing Era of the Forties and Fifties, with a normal complement of 16 to 18 players. The band's book includes Swing Era standards drawn from the Bassie, Ellington and Miller traditions, including popular vocal tunes, Latin favourites and big band concert works of recent decades.
