Body Blast by Bellicose is our brand-new 45-minute boot camp designed to challenge your body and lift your spirits - all in a fun, positive, and supportive atmosphere.

This high-energy class combines circuit training with a mix of calisthenics, bodyweight moves, cardio, and strength training to build muscle, torch fat, and feel amazing.

Your body will keep guessing because no two workouts are the same!

When: Saturdays, 10:45 AM – 11:30 AM
All fitness levels welcome - whether you’re just getting started or looking to push yourself further!
