Relaxed fermentation workshop.

We’d like to invite you to our Relaxed Fermentation workshop. Why relaxed? Let us explain. We’re not qualified experts in the topic but we’re passionate about fermentation. It’s been a key part of our lives since we were kids as this method of preserving food is a big thing in Poland, where we come from. We’d like to share with you what we know and show people that this is a very easy and a very satisfying process. Not to mention, fermented food is very good for us. It’s full of probiotics and good bacterias that develop through the process, and is one of the best ways to boost our gut health.

Buying good quality ferments can be expensive and we want to show you that you can make it at home with less effort than you might think and definitely cheaper.
If you’re thinking of attending our workshop we can promise good fun, tasty snacks and all our best fermentation tips and tricks to be passed to you so you can make your own!

We will provide the organic cabbage, as well as any other ingredients and tools and we'll show you how to turn it into a tasty jar of sauerkraut. A hot drink is also included in the price.
