Join us for an energising 90 minute session that blends the strength and balance of Pilates with the fun and fast paced action of Padel!🧘🏼‍♀️🎾

Start with 45 minutes of Pilates led by a certified instructor to improve your flexibility, core strength, and posture perfect for boosting your game performance. Then hit the court for 45 minutes of padel play, where you’ll put that newfound power and coordination into action.

Whether you're a beginner or a regular player, this dynamic class is a great way to stay fit, have fun, and meet others in the community.
