Bagpipe and Hurdy-Gurdy Day 2025

It's that time of year again where pipers and gurdy players descend on South Cheshire for an afternoon of droning. As always, it is the second Saturday in November and runs from 12 mid-day until 5-ish. All musicians welcome, but especially drone instrument players.

This year we also pay tribute to the original creator of this event, John Hardy, who sadly passed away on Saturday 27th September 2025. Come along and play some music in his honour.
