Creswick Waters Walk

Step back in time and explore the legacy of Creswick’s gold rush era on this scenic and historic walk. We’ll visit a series of striking water features built by miners in the 1850s to 1880s, including the vivid Blue Waters, serene St Georges Lake, and Cosgrove Reservoir. You’ll also see the remains of Eaton’s Dam wall, a fascinating example of early stone and earth dam construction. These storages once powered the gold mining boom—and now offer a peaceful glimpse into the past. After the walk, we’ll relax with a well-earned refreshment at a local Creswick venue before heading home.
