You are invited to return to being with a relaxing Soundbath experience in the comfort of the beautiful Wayapurra Hall at the Creswick Neighbourhood Centre.
I intend for these community Soundbaths to take place on the second Monday* through to the end of this year.
These hour-long sessions will feature a variety of instruments which may include the Medicine Drum, Quartz and Tibetan-style Singing Bowls, and other healing instruments called to join in on the day.
Each sound bath experience will be unique, and we encourage you to come along and gift yourself a moment of rest before each new fortnight commences.
If you have your own yoga mat, you are encouraged to bring that along with a pillow and blanket. There will also be some available on the day.
Please also bring along an eye mask or eye pillow if available, a drinkbottle, and you may also want to bring a notepad and pen to record any insights after the session.
These community offerings are priced to be accessible and equitable, please select an investment that honours your capacity.
If you wish to pay at the door and save the online booking fee, cash, card, and bank transfer will be available on the day.
