Mindful Minis

Join us for a fun and creative morning with Mindful Minis! We'll kick things off with an exciting story about amazing sea creatures that will spark the children's imaginations. After the story, we'll dive into a fun craft activity where we’ll transform plastic bottles into colourful 'bubble fish' using tissue paper collage. Plus, the kids will get to stretch and relax as they explore 'sealife' yoga poses, helping them find their inner calm. It’s going to be a wonderful adventure!
