Mustache Barbell Bash 2025

Welcome to our Mustache Barbell Bash!!!!

This will be our 13th Mustache Barbell Bash Competition! It is a team of 4 (2 female and 2 male) with 3 grueling workouts!
We will have an RX & Scaled division this year!

MBB is one of a kind! We love to incorporate different objects and obstacles for our teams!

From ticket sales and raffle prizes we will be donated $ to a local non-profit. This year's recipient is the Charities Guild of NKY.
