New to Sound Healing? Here’s What to Expect:

What Happens During a Sound Healing Session?
During the session, Ita will use a variety of therapeutic sound instruments to promote relaxation and grounding. These include:

• Tibetan and crystal singing bowls for deep relaxation
• Drums for grounding
• Percussion instruments (like shakers and rain sticks) to gently wake the body at the end

In a group setting, everyone may experience the sounds differently—some feel it physically, while others notice emotional or mental effects.
Many people describe the experience as being “bathed in sound” or feeling the vibrations wash over them.
Just come along, relax, and enjoy!

How to Prepare:

• Bring a yoga mat
• Bring a pillow, blanket, and water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothing
