Visit us at the Volunteer Recruitment Fair to support two amazing charities that work closely together dedicated to serving the homeless in Greater Philadelphia region. Your time and effort can bring warmth, food, shelter, medical care and hope to those in need.
What to Expect:
Enjoy a free catered lunch donated by Moccias Train Stop under the Pavilion, enjoy the playground with your family, meet passionate individuals, explore various volunteer opportunities, and find the perfect fit for your skills and time. In addition, we will be accepting donations for items and funds to help support our ongoing mission.

About Hosting Organizations
1- JESUS BAGS & WOUND CARE MINISTRIES : We provide tangible help to the homeless and addicted, warm meals, clothing, wound care, and spiritual council. This ministry has been active for nearly 20 years thanks to the donations of faithful financial donors prayer warriors and amazing volunteers. It is a humbling thing to be called to minister to the least of these to those who have burned many bridges and who have desperately turned to other passions. It is our job to share the love of Christ that hearts would be turned to the one true passion, the one who can save our mission is Jesus
2- COUNTER CULTURE MOBILE BARBERSHOP: Our non-profit organization is driven by a dual mission. Firstly, we are dedicated to providing free haircuts to homeless individuals, recognizing that a simple act of grooming can restore dignity and foster a sense of self-worth. We believe that every person, regardless of their circumstances, deserves the opportunity to look and feel their best.
Secondly, we operate as a Christian-based ministry, utilizing our mobile barbershop as a platform to support individuals facing challenges such as addiction, ex-conviction, or a troubled past. Through compassionate outreach and a non-judgmental environment, we aim to inspire transformative journeys of recovery and personal growth.
As a non-profit business, our purpose goes beyond profitability. We exist to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve, fostering a culture of hope, restoration, and empowerment. By bridging the gap between grooming and ministry, we strive to create lasting change and provide individuals with the tools they need to rebuild their lives.
