Coffee and Conversations: Know the Signs, Save a Life

People trained in CPR help save thousands of lives each year by applying basic skills to help people in physical distress. In the same vein, people trained in QPR help save thousands of lives each year by learning how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. This talk will provide an overview of QPR and its effectiveness in helping prevent suicide.
