Yell From the Mountain Top: A Release and Renewal Workshop

Sometimes, the weight we carry needs a place to go. This workshop is all about letting it out - releasing stress, overwhelm, and old energy in a powerful and liberating way.

Through reflection, mindfulness, and a creative activity, we will explore the importance of expression and healthy release. Together, we will practice techniques to let go of what no longer serves us, so we can make space for clarity, calm, and renewal.

In this 60-minute session, you will:

• Learn about the mind-body connection when it comes to stress and holding things in.
• Participate in a guided visualization to imagine your own "mountaintop" release.
• Create chat bubbles of what you would like to release and place them on your mountain.
• Release the energy by crumbling the chat bubbles and throw them away.
• Leave with tools you can use anytime you feel the weight building.

This is a safe, supportive space. No actual yelling required (unless you want to!) It's about giving yourself permission to express, release, and breathe.
