Gratitude Gathering: Create Your Own Gratitude Jar

Slow down, reflect, and celebrate the small joys in life. Gratitude is a powerful practice that helps us shift perspective, nuture resilience, and find peace in everyday moments.

In this creative, heart-centered workshop, we will come together in community to explore gratitude in a simple, yet meaningful way. Each participants will design their own gratitude jar and begin to fil it with handwritten notes of appreciation, joy, and intention.

In this 60-minute session, you will:

• Learn about the science and benefits of practicing gratitude.
• Reflect on the people, moments, and things that bring you joy.
• Write your gratitude on slips of paper to begin your personal jar.
• Decorate and personalizate your jar to take home.

Your gratitude jar will become a beautiful reminder to pause and reflect, whether you revisit it daily, weekly, or whenever you need a boost.
